piano_keys_80If you are adults and want to be able to play piano, don’t worry. Don’t think that you need years to learn piano. All my adult students can play in a café or show off when coming to their friend’s birthday party.

What with you don’t want to learn the music score. You only need 3-4 months to have your own show. Buy your piano, get a teacher, or may be you can join learning online on the internet, practice, and that’s all. Even only 1 day you can accompany a singer to sing a pop song.
Check the instant learning video out below.

1. How to determine C

If you look at white and black tuts, the sequence is always 2 group in black 3 group in black, 2 group in black 3 group in black, and always like that. Just see the first balck in 2 group of black, go down left to the white, and that is “c”

2. The sequence is:

        c     d    e     f     g     a     b    c’
        1     2     3     4     5     6     7     1
Do    re     mi     fa     so     la     ti     do

3. Play with chords

Making a chord is not too difficult. It is shaped from 3 notes. Just press 3 notes with one interval. For example you start from “c”. Then press “e” and “g”. If you combine the 3 notes (c, e, g), press them together, we call it “chord C”.
Now, move all your finger 1 step to the right. It will now place in “d”.

Now just memory this:

c    d    e    f    g    a    b    c

Place your first finger on (c) (e) (g) we call it Chord C
Place your first finger on (d) (f) (a) we call it Chord Dm (D minor)
Place your first finger on (e) (g) (b) we call it Chord Em (E minor)
Place your first finger on (f) (a) (c’) we call it Chord F
Place your first finger on (g) (b) (d’) we call it Chord G
Place your first finger on (a) (c’) (e’) we call it Chord A
Place your first finger on (b) (d’) (f’) we call it Chord Bm-5
Place your first finger on (c’) (e’) (g’) we back to Chord C (the different is only 1 octave higer)

Ok now let’s play “Hello” by Lionel Richie.
Just play the chord every time you see the Chord written as below:

HELLO

     Am      Am         G         G          F        F     G     F
I’ve been a lone with you in side my mind…
Practice it with constant tempo, do it the same for the next text.

Good job! Now…in only minutes you can play a piano…
